Free Venus Ritual - 30 min Guided Audio Practice

Hey 👋 Here’s a free 30min guided Venus ritual recording for you to enjoy.

Before dropping into this practice I recommend that you write down:

•⁠ ⁠3 X short memories connected to a pattern you’d like to let go of. All three memories should be connected to the same pattern. For example, if you’d like to release a pattern of miscommunication in your relationship, you’d identify three memories when miscommunication resulted in an argument, rejection, unhappiness etc.

•⁠ ⁠⁠3 X short scenes of what your life will be like when you're experiencing the fulfilment of something you’d like to bring into your life. For example, if you’d like to improve your self-worth, write down tangible ways that you will know this magickal result has come to pass. Perhaps you are journalling about how confident you’ve been feeling, or you’re having lunch with friends and they’re telling you they’ve noticed a change in you etc.

Having these things already identified makes it easier to drop into the guided visualisation.

Venus is connected to art, beauty, glamour, wealth, money, romance, relational harmony, magnetism etc and so I recommend choosing Venusian patterns and desires to work with in this ritual.
