imbolc deep rest day retreat

  • The Roundhouse Greenway Retreats Mount, Rose, Truro, TR4 9PP United Kingdom (map)
Womb Sadhana Sound Bath Truro Newquay

As the wheel of the year turns again, we invite you to put down the bundle and let yourself be tended. Imbolc means “in the belly”, and while everyone is talking about the returning light, we are still held deep within the belly of the Mother. The seeds are beneath the earth, new life is stirring, and this is a time for dreaming, listening and planting seeds for the months ahead.

Join us for a deeply restorative day of yin yoga, soundbath, yoga nidra, silence and reflection. Together we will soften into stillness, drop beneath the noise of everyday life, and honour the needs of our animal bodies.

Every detail has been thoughtfully woven together so that you can simply arrive and receive. From lovingly prepared seasonal food and homemade cake, to warming cups of tea, gentle head and foot massage, and the medicine of song. This is a day to exhale. To remember that rest is sacred. To descend into the fertile darkness.

Gather with a small circle of women for an intimate day of deep rest, held inside the warmth of a firelit roundhouse beneath the early spring sky. Wrapped in blankets, candlelight and the crackle of the fire, we will step away from the busyness of the world and into a slower rhythm that honours the season’s invitation to descend, reflect and simply be.

Lara (Moonful Wisdom) and Rosie (Wild Oracle) look forward to welcoming you on this deeply nourishing and restful day retreat. Lunch, tea and cake provided.

Spaces are limited. Open to women only. Payment plans available.

About your guides:

Lara of Red Rites Mystery School

Lara is a womb-centred facilitator, yoga teacher, and ceremonialist devoted to the reclamation of feminine wisdom. Over the years, she has been tending womens circles, Red Tents, and other womb-based practice that honour the cyclical nature of the female body. Her work is deeply rooted in cycle literacy, embodied spirituality, feminine sacred rage and the belief that the body holds its own deep authority. She is passionate about creating spaces where women feel safe to be fully themselves; where grief, pleasure, rage, tenderness and truth are all welcome. Whether through movement, ritual, breath, or fire-lit circle, her intention is always the same: to support women in coming home to their bodies and remembering the wisdom that lives within. Check out her work here.

Rosie of Wild Oracle

As a transformational coach, Rosie specialises in shadow work, dreamwork, tarot, magick, intuitive sound healing, and psychedelic integration. Holding an MSc in Transpersonal Psychology, Spirituality and Consciousness, her practice weaves together science and mysticism, guiding individuals toward wholeness by integrating unconscious aspects of the psyche and supporting them to confidently share their unique gifts with the world. Grounded in intuitive wisdom and psychological depth, her work facilitates transformative journeys of self-discovery and authentic expression. She believes in the power of rewilding ourselves to live in deeper connection to the natural rhythms of the Earth.
