As the wheel of the year turns, we invite you to slow the fuck down, to drop your bundle and turn inwards. Join us for a deeply restorative day of yin yoga, soundbath, yoga nidra, silence and reflection.
Together we will soften into stillness, drop beneath the noise of everyday life, and honour the needs of our animal bodies.
Every detail has been thoughtfully woven together so that you can simply arrive and receive. From lovingly prepared seasonal food and homemade cake, to warming cups of tea, gentle head and foot massage, and the medicine of song. This is a day to exhale. To remember that rest is sacred. To descend into the fertile darkness.
Gather with a small circle of women for an intimate day of deep rest, held inside the warmth of a firelit roundhouse beneath the autumn sky. Wrapped in blankets, candlelight and the crackle of the fire, we will step away from the busyness of the world and into a slower rhythm that honours the season’s invitation to descend, reflect and simply be.
